aka April's free talk section/explanation

hi! ok, so, I don't know how you got here, if you don't know this information, but just in case. No, You Will Live Forever As Long as Your Soul is on the Moon, isn't like, real in the sense that it exists in these multiple mediums, wildly popular, etc. It is real in the sense, that uh, I made it up though and am thinking about this story a lot. The story is a fake manga from my real comic about fictional fujos whose emotions are very real, lol, Rotten Roses

It has been a lot of fun making it, since pretty much long form narrative comics are, like, the opposite of what I like to do. It's been really nice to have a space where I can dream up a story and be as tropey and referential as I want to be without being embarrassed. I know what's nothing to be embarrassed about, which I am working on, but, you know what I mean. Also I get to work it in different mediums! (gestures to around here, among other things), it's been really fun! Also it's been nice to collab with other artists, (points to fanwork section) to make my hot boy OC dreams come true, lol.

The whole story is kind of a tribute to AU fanfics. Maybe one day I'll put together a reading list, or something. Or I mean, you can just look up my AO3 bookmarks, haha.
